As you can see from the pictures, the book is nearing completion. The vertical dust-jacket is being folded and wrapped around the cover by hand over the next few days.

We are scheduled to take delivery of the ’special editions’ next week (09.09.09). We’ve been delighted by the large numbers of people who have pre-ordered signed editions with coloured dusk jackets – a big thank you to everyone.
